About this policy

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of savalconsulting.com and the linked SAVAL Talent Network page at new.savalconsulting.com/talent-network-page (together, the Website). The Website is operated by SAVAL LLC (SAVAL, we, us, or our).

Please review these terms before using the Website. By using it, you agree to these terms to the extent an enforceable agreement is formed under applicable law. If you do not agree, please discontinue use. If you submit information on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to do so.

Website purpose and service agreements

The Website provides information about our executive search, talent acquisition advisory, and recruiting solutions and allows businesses and candidates to contact us. Website content is general information and is not legal, tax, or other regulated professional advice.

Submitting an inquiry, joining the Talent Network, or speaking with us does not by itself create a paid consulting, recruiting, employment, or placement agreement. Paid engagements require a separate written agreement that defines the scope, fees, payment terms, deliverables, confidentiality obligations, cancellation provisions, and any agreed guarantees. That agreement controls if it conflicts with these terms on the services it covers.

These website terms do not impose a placement fee, subscription, payment obligation, cancellation charge, or refund policy. Any such obligation must be set out in a separate agreement that applies to you.

Information you submit

Provide information that is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have authority to share. If you provide someone else’s personal information, you must have a lawful basis to do so and provide any notices or obtain any permissions required by law.

You retain ownership of the materials you submit. You permit us to receive, store, review, use, and disclose those materials only as reasonably needed to respond to you, provide requested recruiting or advisory services, comply with law, and carry out the purposes described in our Privacy Policy and any separate agreement. You do not grant us permission to publish your resume or confidential business information for general advertising.

Please do not submit highly sensitive personal information, trade secrets, or confidential business materials through a general website form. If your inquiry requires confidential information, contact us to arrange an appropriate way to share it. Any separate confidentiality agreement remains controlling.

Candidate participation

Joining our Talent Network allows us to consider your professional background and contact you about potentially relevant opportunities. It does not guarantee that we will contact you, present you to an employer, arrange an interview, obtain an offer, or secure employment.

Job descriptions, availability, compensation, and hiring criteria may change. Unless expressly agreed otherwise, the prospective employer makes its own hiring and employment decisions and is responsible for its employment terms. SAVAL does not become your employer through your use of the Website or participation in the Talent Network.

You may ask to leave the Talent Network or update your information by calling 954-892-8147. Handling of personal information, including information already disclosed to a prospective employer, is addressed in our Privacy Policy.

Permitted use

You may use the Website for lawful business inquiries, career inquiries, and personal or internal business reference. You agree not to impersonate another person; submit fraudulent or unlawful information; upload malicious code; interfere with the Website’s operation; attempt unauthorized access to systems or information; or use information obtained through the Website to harass or unlawfully discriminate against anyone.

You may not systematically harvest personal information or copy the Website for resale or redistribution without permission. This restriction does not limit rights that cannot lawfully be restricted.

Website content and intellectual property

The Website’s text, branding, graphics, layouts, and other content are owned by SAVAL or used with permission and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Subject to these terms, you may view the Website and save or print reasonable excerpts for personal or internal business use while preserving ownership notices.

Other than rights expressly granted here or permitted by law, you may not reproduce, distribute, modify, commercially exploit, or use SAVAL’s branding without prior written permission. Third-party names and marks remain the property of their respective owners.

Privacy and communications

Our Privacy Policy explains our handling of personal information and is available at https://savalconsulting.com/privacy-policy. It provides privacy disclosures and does not replace any separate consent required by law.

When you contact us, we may respond using the contact details and preferences you provide. Providing a phone number, submitting a form, or accepting these terms does not by itself authorize marketing texts, automated calls, or unrelated promotional messages where separate consent is required.

If you separately opt in to a text message program, the enrollment disclosures and any applicable program terms govern that program. You can reply STOP to opt out or call 954-892-8147 for assistance. These terms do not enroll you in a text message program.

Third party links and services

The Website may link to third-party websites, professional networks, or services. We do not control their content, availability, security, or independent data practices. Review their terms and privacy notices before using them. A link does not by itself mean we endorse every aspect of a third party’s products or services.

Availability and accuracy

We aim to keep the Website useful and accurate, but information may contain errors or become outdated. We may correct content, change features, or temporarily suspend access for maintenance, security, or other operational reasons.

TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE WEBSITE AND ITS GENERAL INFORMATION ARE PROVIDED AS IS AND AS AVAILABLE, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR FREE ACCESS, A PARTICULAR HIRING RESULT, OR THAT EVERY OPPORTUNITY WILL REMAIN AVAILABLE. Any express commitments in a separate signed service agreement remain governed by that agreement.

Limits on liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, SAVAL will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of or inability to use the Website, including lost profits, business interruption, or lost opportunities.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited. These terms do not waive statutory privacy rights or other mandatory consumer protections. Liability relating to a paid engagement is governed by the applicable service agreement and law.

Access restrictions and changes

We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to address misuse, unlawful activity, security risks, or violations of these terms. Restricting Website access does not by itself cancel a separate service agreement.

We may update these terms and will revise the effective date when we do. Material changes apply prospectively, subject to any notice or renewed agreement required by law. An update to these website terms does not amend a separate signed service agreement.

General provisions and contact

These terms apply subject to applicable law and do not limit protections that cannot lawfully be waived. If a provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective to the extent permitted by law. A failure to enforce a provision on one occasion does not waive the right to enforce it later.
