SAVAL LLC
Effective date: 11/06/2026
SAVAL LLC (SAVAL, we, us, or our) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and retain personal information when you visit savalconsulting.com, use our linked Talent Network page at new.savalconsulting.com/talent-network-page, contact us, or interact with our recruiting and talent advisory services. It also explains the choices available to you.
When we handle information solely on behalf of a client under a separate agreement, that agreement and the client’s applicable privacy notice may govern that processing.
Business inquiries. We collect the information you submit through our inquiry form, including your name, company, title, telephone number, email address, hiring needs or business challenges, timing, and preferred contact method.
Candidate inquiries. When you join our Talent Network, we collect your name, email address, telephone number, location, current or desired role, and LinkedIn profile if you choose to provide it. If you later provide a resume, employment history, qualifications, career preferences, or other information during a recruiting conversation, we use it for the recruiting purposes described below.
Communications. We collect information you provide in emails, calls, and other communications with us. Please do not submit Social Security numbers, financial account information, medical records, or other sensitive information through general website forms. If particular information is needed for a specific process, we will explain the request separately.
In connection with recruiting services, we may receive professional information from clients, referrals, candidates, and publicly available professional sources, such as LinkedIn. This may include work experience, qualifications, professional contact information, and feedback relevant to a recruiting process. We use that information for the purposes described in this policy and subject to applicable law.
We use GoHighLevel (HighLevel) to support our website, collect form submissions, manage contact records, and organize follow-up communications. Information you submit through our forms, such as contact details, business inquiries, and candidate information, is processed through this platform on our behalf. Our website and its providers may also process IP addresses, browser and device information, pages requested, and diagnostic records to deliver and protect the website.
We use Meta Pixel, a tracking technology provided by Meta, to understand visits and actions on our website, measure advertising performance, and help deliver relevant ads on Facebook and Instagram. The Pixel may collect or transmit information such as pages visited, website actions, IP address, browser and device information, and cookie or other online identifiers. Meta may associate this activity with a Meta account and use it under its own privacy policies. This can involve tracking activity across websites and services.
For information about these providers, see HighLevel’s Privacy Policy at https://www.gohighlevel.com/privacy-policy/ and Meta’s Privacy Policy at https://www.facebook.com/privacy/policy/.
You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings and manage advertising preferences through your Facebook or Instagram account settings. These controls may affect website functions and may not prevent every type of tracking or remove information already collected. You can also call 954-892-8147 to request an opt-out of sale, sharing, or targeted advertising where applicable law provides that right. Where applicable law requires consent for advertising tracking, we obtain it before activating the relevant technology. Merely visiting our website or submitting a form does not provide that consent.
We use personal information to respond to inquiries and arrange conversations; understand a business’s hiring needs; provide executive search, talent acquisition advisory, and recruiting support; evaluate professional experience and potential opportunities; communicate with candidates and clients; and maintain recruiting and business records.
We also use information to operate and protect our website and services, investigate misuse, comply with legal obligations, and establish or defend legal claims. We use website activity information to measure advertising performance and support relevant advertising as described in the website technology section. If we send promotional communications, we do so subject to applicable consent and opt-out requirements. We do not treat submission of a website form as blanket permission for unrelated marketing.
Service providers. We may disclose information to providers that support website hosting, form submission, business records, communications, security, and other operational services. They receive information needed for their work and are subject to applicable contractual or legal restrictions.
Recruiting participants. We may share relevant candidate information with prospective employers in connection with recruiting opportunities discussed with the candidate, subject to any permissions required by law. We may share relevant client requirements with candidates and recruiting partners as needed to support a search. An employer receiving candidate information may process it under its own privacy notice.
Legal and business purposes. We may disclose information when required by law, to respond to lawful requests, to protect rights or safety, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of business assets, subject to applicable protections.
We do not sell personal information for money. We disclose website activity and online identifiers to Meta through Meta Pixel for advertising measurement and relevant advertising. Depending on applicable law, this disclosure may constitute a sale, sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising, or processing for targeted advertising even when no money is exchanged. Applicable opt-out rights and contact details are described in this policy.
You can ask us to update your contact preferences or stop promotional communications by calling 954-892-8147 or using the unsubscribe option in a promotional email. We may still send communications needed to respond to your request, support an active recruiting process, or meet legal obligations.
If you have separately agreed to receive text messages from SAVAL, you can reply STOP to opt out or contact us for help. Providing a telephone number or accepting website terms does not, by itself, supply any consent legally required for marketing texts or automated calls. This policy does not enroll you in a text message program.
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described in this policy, including ongoing recruiting relationships, business records, legal obligations, and dispute resolution. The period depends on the information, the relationship, applicable recordkeeping requirements, and any valid deletion request. We delete or de-identify information when it is no longer needed, subject to lawful retention requirements.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. No website, storage system, or method of transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.
Depending on where you live and whether the relevant law applies, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of your personal information; withdraw consent; or opt out of certain uses or disclosures, including sale, sharing, or targeted advertising. Some laws also allow an authorized agent to act for you or provide a right to appeal a denied request.
To make a request, call 954-892-8147 and explain that you are making a privacy request. We may need information to verify your identity or an agent’s authority. We will respond within the time required by applicable law and explain any applicable exception. To appeal a decision where that right applies, contact us at the same number and identify the decision you wish to appeal. We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising privacy rights.
You can ask to leave our Talent Network or stop being considered for future opportunities. This will not necessarily delete information we must lawfully retain or information already provided to a prospective employer. Requests about an employer’s own records should also be directed to that employer.
Our website and services are intended for business users and people seeking professional opportunities. They are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child has provided information so that we can review and address it.
Links to external websites, professional networks, or third-party services are governed by those organizations’ privacy practices. This policy does not govern their independent use of information.
We may update this policy to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. We will revise the effective date and provide additional notice or obtain consent where required by law.
